Hyson House is a block of student accommodation perfect for Nottingham Trent University students.

There are 7 flats in the building, each one boasting an ultra-modern kitchen/living room finished to a high standard. The kitchen features a dishwasher and the living room is furnished with a table and chairs for each student as well as several new leather sofas.

flat also comes with a 50 inch flat screen TV mounted to the wall. Each high-spec bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk and desk chair, large wardrobe and they all come with their own wall mounted 32 inch TV. All of the rooms also have their own stylish en-suite bathroom, each featuring a shower, toilet and sink with mirror.

Situated on Terrace  Street near the Forest Recreation Ground, the flat is located just 50 yards away from the Noel Street tram stop meaning that the Nottingham Trent City Campus is only 4 minutes away. Alternatively, the walk to university would take 15 minutes.

All of the utility bills are included in the rent (water, gas and electricity). The rent also includes internet access for each flat. Fortnightly cleaning of the communal areas is also included!
